With our NHS Top-Up Personal health cash plan, you can stop worrying. Each time you receive eligible treatment, we’ll reimburse the costs straight back to you. Leaving you to get on with enjoying life.

You don’t have to be ill to benefit from our NHS Top-Up cash plan. Three levels of cover, the option to set your own amount of reimbursement and the ability to add optional extras puts you in control of tailoring the right plan for your needs.

Your children are included for free. No medical examination is required, and you can join up to the age of 65.

Your health, your choice

  • Choose from 3 levels of cover to start creating your plan.
  • Decide which additional options are right for you.
  • Your choice of claiming back 75% or 100% of eligible expenses, up to an annual limit.
  • Include up to 5 children, under the age of 18, for free.
  • Option to pay your premium monthly.

What isn't covered

  • Any claims submitted more than 6 months after the treatment took place.
  • Benefit associated with any medical conditions (excluding optical or dental) you had when you took out the plan (pre-existing conditions).
  • Long term (chronic) conditions (which are long term illnesses that lead to long term monitoring or management).

 

  • Childbirth, fertility or neonatal treatment (except New Baby benefit).
  • Psychiatric conditions (except stress counselling as part of the Medical/Legal Helpline benefit).
